They feature an innovative edge-wrapping process for the housing edges to enhance sturdiness, and a snap-on air outlet duct design that simplifies assembly and use.

DUAL OPERATION MODES (All Models)

Both VF-BF-05H and VF-BF-06H come with two practical operation modes, paired with clear LED indicators:

Manual Mode: The LED indicator light shows red, and the fan runs continuously for on-demand, uninterrupted ventilation.

Humidity Sensing Mode: The LED indicator light shows green; the fan automatically turns on when room humidity exceeds 60%, preventing moisture buildup and mold growth without manual intervention.

DUAL INSTALLATION OPTIONS (All Models)

New Construction: For both VF-BF-05H and VF-BF-06H, attach the fan housing to ceiling joists for spacing under 12 in. Suspension brackets can be used for joist spacing between 16 in. - 24 in.

Existing Construction: No attic access required for either model – both replace most existing bathroom fans and can be installed entirely from the ceiling side, saving time and labor.

VF-BF-06H: Excellent motor performance, 160 CFM efficient performance with 25,000+ hour motor life.Both models include two built-in thermal protection devices that automatically shut off the unit when it reaches a certain temperature. This feature prevents damage from overheating and reduces the risk of fire due to prolonged high-temperature operation.

VF-BF-05H and VF-BF-06H both feature ABS plastic low-profile white grill covers and galvanized steel housings that resist corrosion, ensuring durability in humid bathroom environments. Both comply with ETL North American safety standards and are acceptable for use over bathtubs or showers when installed on a GFCI-protected branch circuit.
